THANK YOU FOR COMING TO SWAN MX!
This was definitely a race weekend for the record books!! With temperatures dipping down as low as 11 degrees (yes, ELEVEN!!), it was undoubtably NOT ideal racing weather. When considering the possibility of postponing the event until next weekend, we were faced with an 80% rainy forecast on our “rain date”. So we proceeded with the race as planned, and did the best that we could with the conditions that were presented to us. Thank you for your understanding and words of encouragement this weekend!

We would like to extend a warm welcome to each of the many new racers who raced at Swan for the first time this weekend…and to everyone who drove from SEVENTEEN different states! We loved seeing so many new faces and getting to meet some of you.
We welcome you back again to our future events!

“We would like to thank everyone who raced today. So many of you travelled hundreds of miles from 16 states to come to Swan. We would also like to apologize for the less than perfect track conditions. We encountered many new challenges due to the multi-day, sub-freezing temperatures. In our family’s 31 years of being at Swan, we have not had to deal with a completely frozen racetrack and frozen water truck/pumps before. It’s been quite a learning experience for us, so we want to thank everyone for your patience throughout the day as we tried our best to provide the fun and great track conditions that y’all have come to expect at Swan.
After the day warmed up, and we could actually apply water, the track conditions truly worked up good. Saturday’s track conditions eventually became good, but Sunday’s conditions will start out good! Just bring your hand warmers and you’ll have a good day!!”
