Friday  |  November 4
WEATHER UPDATE | November 3, 2022 at 7pm

THE PARK IS CLOSED ON FRIDAY. The gates will NOT open on Friday as previously planned due to an incoming severe thunderstorm, which includes hail, high winds, and a possible tornado.  In an abundance of caution for those traveling to Swan, as well as our staff, we will now open the gates earlier on Saturday morning at 6am.

Gate Hours:  6am-11pm  Gates will be locked at 11pm, so please plan accordingly. No entry/exit after 11pm.
Rider Check In:  6:30am-9pm

Night Race Practice:  5pm  (No late or clean bike practice)

>>> Overall awards for the 1st-8th place winners of the Lone Star Night Series will be given out soon after each class races their 2nd moto.  Riders must compete in a minimum of 5 of 6 events to be eligible.  All points will count, no rounds will be dropped.

>>> Overall awards for the 1st-8th place winners of the Texas Lone Star State Championship MX Series may be picked up anytime on Saturday or Sunday!  Rider must have competed in a minimum 4 of 5 events to be eligible.  All points will count, no rounds will be dropped.  Check your results. REFUNDS
If you have registered online and are unable to come, simply email us at [email protected] and we will refund you! (Less processing fees.)  We don’t want to keep your money if you are not able to attend!!

Fees:

Gate Admission and Race Registration accepts cash, checks, and credit cards.

Gate Admission:
  Friday-Sunday:       $25/Person
  Saturday-Sunday:  $20/Person  ($10 after 8pm)
  Sunday Only:          $10/Person

★  Upon entry you will be charged for the entire weekend.  If you leave early, you will receive a refund for the remaining days.  (Ticket AND gate receipt required for gate refund upon leaving.)
★  All persons entering the park will be charged a gate fee (includes racers, spectators, guests, etc.).
★  Front gate admission may be paid with cash, check, or credit card.
★  Children 5 & under are FREE!

Dry Camping: FREE!  We have 25+ acres of premium parking available for camping!  You may choose to park in a prime trackside spot, or find a shady spot under the trees in our pecan orchard.  We have commercial, handicapped accessible restrooms with air conditioning and hot showers to make your stay even more enjoyable!

RV Hookups: SOLD OUT FOR THE YEAR. Water is available to fill tanks and wash bikes at no charge!
Rented a camper?  Please have it delivered during our open gate hours.  We are not able to allow early entrance or meet and park them.

Organized Practice:  $25/Group

Race Entry:
$20/Saturday Night Pitbike or Stacyc Class  (No transponder tag is needed.)
$30/Night Race Class
$35/Sunday Class

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THE RACES WITHOUT A PROPER MINOR RELEASE!!
If you will not be coming with your child to the races, please read the “Minor Release” section below to ensure you are correctly prepared before race weekend.  Thank you for your attention in this important step.

Extra Saturday night classes!  

★  These pitbike classes will be offered during the Saturday NIGHT race! These $20 classes are just for fun and will not be scored.  They include practice and 2 motos!  They are not championship classes.  Riders must wear a DOT approved motorcycle helmet and goggles.  Ankle supporting boots and additional safety gear is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

  • Pitbike 12″   Open to riders of all ages!  Max rear wheel size: 12”  (CRF 150 and race bikes are excluded.)  
  • Pitbike 16″   Open to riders of all ages!  Max rear wheel size: 16”  (CRF 150 and race bikes are excluded.)

 

★  We will also offer three classes for the Stacyc stability cycles!  These are just for fun and will not be scored. They are not championship classes.Stacyc logo

The Stacyc races will take place during the Saturday NIGHT race intermission on a separate course near the starting line, in front of the cheering fans in the bleachers!  The entry fee is only $20 and includes practice and 2 motos!

Minor Release:

NO VALID RELEASE = NO RIDE!  All riders under 18 years MUST have a parent present to sign a release. Or you may bring a NOTARIZED release signed by a parent.  

AN UNACCOMPANIED MINOR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE UNLESS THEY HAVE A VALID CONSENT FORM.  All minors attending this event without parents, must come with a NOTARIZED statement from parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases.

Membership:

This is not an AMA sanctioned race.  No memberships of any kind are needed to race on this weekend.  Just show up, sign up, practice, and race!

 

Other Information:

★  Water is available for washing bikes; bring your own power washer.
★  Friendly dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a leash at all times, even in your pit area.
★  PARENTS, PLEASE help us! Pit riding is allowed, BUT must be kept in 1st gear, and no riding in the grass.
★  Permitted pit vehicles include: Pit bikes, Golf carts, Side X Side, Scooters & bicycles with helmets.
All riders under 21 MUST wear a helmet when riding through the pits. 
★  All permitted pit vehicles must be parked for the night by 10 PM.
★  Race day radio broadcast: 96.9FM.
