2017 PRACTICE MEMBERSHIPS
RIDE ALL YEAR LONG UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2017!

If you have been wanting to sign up for a yearly practice membership, we’d love to see you
THIS SUNDAY, January 29, from 10am-2pm! The track will be groomed, so be sure to bring your bike and ride after you’ve signed up! Below is some information about our practice memberships!

*** JANUARY 29 WILL BE THE LAST OFFICIAL SIGN-UP DATE UNTIL MAY!! ***
*You may also sign up on select race weekends. Just be sure to come with a little extra time so we can work around the track prep and get you signed up. You will be able to sign up on this weekend, but please note that you may not ride unless you are participating in a race.

Always remember to call 903-882-4215 before coming to be sure we are still open,
as sometimes rain may force us to postpone a sign-up day.

★ A Practice Membership at Swan MX Raceway Park allows you to ride almost anytime
(as long as the weather cooperates!). Pay one annual fee and ride all year long!
.
★ The track is groomed just about every weekend throughout the entire year!
We are open everyday of the week from 9am until sunset.
.
★ Your gate access card enables you to come and go as you like.
The reasons we are sometimes closed is due to too much rain, or if we are having a race.
.
★ Members are allowed to come out before an event and leave their trailers/campers
ahead of time in order to save their spot for the race weekend.
.
★ Members also have the use of our commercial private restrooms with heated showers.
.
★ Water & electrical hookups are available in the practice parking area for members to use during practice days. You are welcome to come and camp out and spend the weekend!

MEMBERSHIP SIGN UP DATES:
Bring your bike and ride the rest of the day after you have signed up!

For those of you wanting to become a NEW Member in 2017, you will be able to get a membership at the track on SELECT Sundays in JANUARY, MAY, or SEPTEMBER from 10am-2pm (see all dates HERE).

You must sign up in person if you are a first-time member to receive your gate card and have a one-on-one orientation (please allow for 1 hour). Swan MX Raceway Park reserves the right to refuse selling a membership to any individual for any reason.

January 08 | This will be a very busy race weekend, so we will NOT be able to do any membership sign-ups on this weekend- sorry!
January 15 | Sunday from 10am-2pm

January 29 | Sunday from 10am-2pm
RENEWING MEMBERS
If you would like to RENEW your membership, you are welcome to come out on these dates as well! Or you may simply mail in the paperwork that you received in your email. If you did not get that email, reply to this email and we can send you the forms!
